Analysis:
The Westinghouse iGen2600 super quiet portable inverter generator is a must for use in an environment that meets minimum noise levels. For example, certain parks, centers, and neighborhoods limit the noise level of equipment to ensure peace for all.
Unlike other types of generators, the Westinghouse Inverter Generator offers extremely quiet performance and other features found in other types of generators.

Review round:
I bought this to run critical loads for the house during power outages. I was finally able to run a full load test today and it worked as expected. I just added oil and gas and it started right away. Then I connected the loads one by one. Of course, you have to look at the loads you want to connect, run and start-up and get a generator of the right size, but I was able to get my furnace, water heater, sump pump, and full-size refrigerator to work. and computer/internet/wifi at the same time.
I also took the time to install a dedicated generator circuit in the basement so I could just plug the generator into one spot and then plug extension cords into those outlets (see photos, very handy). I used a Reliance TW151 changeover switch for the connection of the boiler circuit (see separate review, easy installation). Of course, you must have an electrician to do the wiring and install the transfer switch if you are using one!
The Westinghouse iGen2600 Generator is pretty quiet, but that wasn't a big concern for me. Eco mode works: the motor goes up and down depending on the load. I also like the info panel where you can toggle between kW output power, fuel level, remaining run time, and voltage. I didn't think I'd use that, but it's pretty cool. This is the first time I've started it so I can't speak to longevity or reliability, but so far everything is going well.
