I replaced the RV lame connector with a 30a twist lock to make it safer for marine use. You don't have many break-in instructions, but the first oil change upfront is important to get some of the manufacturing waste out of the oil pan.

I recommend changing it twice in the first 5 hours. After that everything is smooth sailing. The super clean unit even after living outside on my boat deck for over a year. Idling with no load immediately after start-up sounds a bit louder than a Honda, but the performance is the same.
